Materials have been sent out.  I have no objection to a restructuring.  I have a big problem with being short changed.  Vote NO and ask for a proposal that treats all debentureholders fairly.  No sweetheart deals, no special favours to self serving fund managers..............

It   is  outrageous    that  these   Toronto  based  funds  holding  40%   of  the  bonds   will  receive   14.2857%   more   than   the   remaining    60%   .   Just   VOTE     NO  ...more
