"Arcan also announces today that it has entered into agreements with its employees to cancel all of its issued and outstanding stock options for nominal consideration." Definition of Nominal "(of a price or amount of money) very small; far below the real value or cost." I can imagine the employees got 'nominal' consideration, but this is one of the first times they didn't say 'management and employees', so did the management get a different consideration value for their shares? What was the personal benefit to the lovely management team for this incredible feat?

They   are  getting  rid  of  the  old  worthless   options  (  ie   stock  down  more  than  99%  in  the past   few   years  )    to  clear  the way  to  issue   themselves   a whack   of  new
