I also purchased this stock at 5 cents a few months back and the strong offers at 10.5 cents suggest to me that there is the possibility of a higher price despite the lockup. The issue is that management is very pleased and so are the shareholders vis a vis the current market price, however, if the NAV is 41 cents or thereabouts in the last financial period (this is an audited number) just out of
