Hostile takeover?

I think our biggest worry is our neighbour next door and a hostile bid. Other than GMT the rest is all retail schmoes like my fellow bag holders. Alamos knows what AR has and if we stay in the 20's for a bit they could easily pick us up. Pretty sure some of the other big guys are drooling as well. Pick this up shutdown Mexico and you're done.

I checked their books and found that they have $338 million in working capital. Their earnings are impressive, but their capital expenditure for 2024 is projected to be $431 million. The enterprise value of Argonaut Gold is $591.43 million, which is equivalent to CA$798.43 million.

Market cap of $250 million. What is the value of Magino?????? Somebody comes in at $0.50 and this would probably be done. So you get Magino and Nevada for $500 million + debt.

As of September 30, 2023, the book value of the Magino mine stood at US$1.137 billion. The enterprise value of Argonaut Gold is US$591.43 million, which is equivalent to CA$798.43 million. Therefore, the acquisition offer could be CA$0.76 per share. From this price range, that’s a 230% upside target.

I'll sell at that price.
