When is the vote supposed to take place?

Everyone is talking as if this is a done deal. Yet there is supposed to be a shareholder vote on this deal. When is the vote to take place?

And when is the court approval ruling on this deal to be delivered? Anybody know?

And where is Argonautgold? I was looking forward to reading his comments on that  NR from May 15

The Transaction will require approval by 66 2/3% of the votes cast by the shareholders of Argonaut at a special meeting of Argonaut shareholders expected to be held in June 2024. and what retail shareholder is going to vote NO at this point thats like committing finacial suicide with your holdings in AR stock where do you think the SP would go if the deal goes bust .....LOL... AR would be bankrupt and you may get $..10 on the dollar invested and thats optemistic. there is no other choice but to vote YES
