One beautiful morning we will wake up and realize our value has suddenly become 10 times of what it was the day before. Minimum.
2024: the year Quebec will pay back.

Right on the money Goes for ATI + QEC , PCQ and SQX Even GMR , who went broke , not sure what will happen - but if Gov. did something wrong , and caused GMR to go broke - they are actually liable for their actions !
