Bullboard - Stock Discussion Forum Artemis Resources Ltd ARTTF

It holds three projects in Western Australia, including Carlow Castle gold-copper-cobalt project in the West Pilbara; Paterson Central project in the Paterson Province (located adjacent to Greatland Gold / Newcrest’s recent gold-copper discovery at Havieron, and Osborne joint venture in the West Pilbara. Do not despair - it's looking good.

I am a confident investor in Artemis Resources.

I mostly post on the NVO board because I believe NVO to be the more longer term investment, but that does mean that ARTTF to be ignored.  And I wanted to post here today to address the Artemis investors only.

I believe there are two primary reasons that ARTTF is not shadowing the share value of NVO. They are simply this:
  1. The management of Artemis Resources is perceived somewhere between mediocre and incompetent in comparison with Novo.
  2. Artemis is traded on two "fringe exchanges" - the ASX and the American OTC.  North American investors by and large do not trade equities on these two markets.  Although NVO is also on the OTC, it is also trading on the TSX-Venture where higher volume and capital exists.
But despite the two negative points above, I am extremely bullish on Artemis.  Here are the overwhelming positives aspects to own the stock in my view:
  • As a believer in Quenton H.'s geological theory of the Pilbara gold reef deposits, I also believe that Artemis has been sitting on a world class high-grade gold deposit.
  • The above belief is backed up by the fact that Novo resources agressively pursued a 50/50 JV Agreement with Artemis on 38 prospective tenements.  And extremlely bullish event in my opinion because NVO also sees value.
  • Artemis management relinquished the full JV management control on the exploration and de-risking to the more competent NVO management.  Also very bullish.
  • Positive news from NVO and neighboring junior explorers that support the Wits 2 geological theory under the land claims of Artemis will have positive effects on the stock.  And if not, it still sheds more clarity on the extent of the resources that may be under Artemis and/or the JV management.
  • And as the NVO and Artemis become more familiar to the outside world, ARTTF liquidity will continue to increase on the OTC exchange.  And I expect share valuations as well.
The bottom line is this:  If you believe the Wits 2 geological theory of QH, then Artemis (by its current land holdings) looks to be sitting on a motherload of gold.

Don't worry about the share price today.  It's only pennies and there is little downside from here.  If anything, keep scooping it up before a violent NR driven event sends it upwards to stay.  We already got a taste of that when the NVO bulk sample results came in a couple of weeks back on a couple of metric tonnes of rock.

If you're holding now as I am, simply sit back and let NVO manage and unfolding story of the Pilbara gold district drive the fortunes of Artemis shareholders.  Absolutely no need to feel anything but optimism at a great entry point into the investment.

I'm hoping it's going to be a fast and lucrative take-out story for shareholders.  Possible theories with regards to ARTTF take-out continue to be discussed on the NVO board.  Lots of good discussions there.

GLTA.

I understand. But if you look at this investment as lucrative take-out play, then the current president D.L. is exactly what you want. A "buffoon" that helps keeps the stock low giving opportunists the chance to accumulate. I am sure the resource is there under Artemis. And thankfully NVO management will help quantify it put "lipstick on this pig" for a Major to take over. That ...more
