Paper blitz

Artemis down 2 cents overnight in Australia .Several announcements have been made relating to the issue of 60million more shares at 20 cents a share .Sprott took 4million dollars worth in Aussie dollars ,there are now 540 million shares outstanding .They have raised 12 million less costs with the issue of these shares .Quite obvious they are just printing paper like it is going out of style .At this rate they will have a billion shares outstanding in no time .Risky business indeed in my opinion based on a few nuggets .

Yes, what was Sprott Global thinking doing that last round of financing of 12 million at 0.20.  Crazy ? I'll say this much, ARV will have to be taken over - else it jeopardize the story.

fyi, I think today's notice relates to this CR reported on 19/09/17. Sprott took AU$4. At the time ARV was trading at about 20-21centsAU. Hope this helps. https://hotcopper.com.au/documentembed?id=uOMxKKzFkiWRTLKhOROKAxjvTDYC5g%2B%2FzBOZoeVvke92GA%3D%3D

onetok, you are correct.  The $12M cap raise at 20c was on 9-19.  Old news.  Thx.
