Gold Magnetically Drawn Together

Gold Magnetically Drawn together All, I have been thinking about the creation of the nugget theory. The chances of microbacteria surviving and thriving in a volatile environment and creating these nuggets is a far reach. Has anyone mentioned the possibility of the liquid solution that the gold was precipitated in creating a magnetic environment whereby the gold attracted to each other and formed nuggets. Not all of the gold would be drawn together due to the terrain of the environment, thus leaving and creating the fine grain gold in the conglomerate. Then later as material was placed over the nuggets by later events, heated and the material shifting back and forth in two directions (maybe east to west), the nuggets flattened into what we see today. Just my two cents, as life creating these nuggets in a hostile environment seems like a super huge stretch. That's like guessing that micro bacteria created diamonds 3 billion years ago inside of volcanic activity. Highly unlikely folks.... Gold can become magnetic if exposed to an inductive current or an electromagnetic field. As I said before, the gold could have become magnetized by the liquid solution that it precipitated into and the environment at that time. We don't know what crazy physics type things were going on 3 billion years ago. Again, it makes more sense that gold nuggets being created by microbacteria in a ...more
