Resume Operations ImmediatelyChris Cooper said they are " making arrangements to resume operations immediately" - so either the big deal they are working on is done or they will drill from the money they have available (no dilution). When I talked to them they were confident that the deal would be completed. Regardless, drilling, etc. will increase the boed quickly which = to more money, which is what it is all about.
