is it even legal what management is doing?  musing the 300k cad to pay for geological services including a DIRECTOR????? i assume that Buddy will get paid the portion he lost when he claimed an insider purchase.  I assume the accounting expenses being covered with the 300kcad along with an officer being paid is as greasy as it gets .  i'll be investigating this one a lot closer
