Possibly a new owner for Ascent with money!

Crowdex Invextment -Beernd Fortsch on Oct. 2 2020 gave $2M for 2000 prefered shares which equals 2B shares, yes 2 Billion!!
He will provide $3M for 3000 prefered shares which comes to 3B shares on Nov. 20 2020 for a total of 50 billion shares.
Since there are already 5 165 490 450 shares out that gives Bernd 90.6 % of Ascent.
This is why Ascent moved on Thur. and Fri. this week. It looks like this stock should continue the climb but scine we do not know what the new buyer has in mind for Ascent we can only judge what we do from the market action.
This company has a history of flatling it may be somwhat resistant to a one way action. Be wary but make some money and try to see what the new guy wants to do before you drop it all.
I had over 20M for months but sold it all Mon and Tues. but after the interest I saw I quickly bought back thur. and fri for a higher price!. I may try for more in the next few days. So I am in the game and hope that I am not run over!!
