RE: Technical breakout

RE: Technical breakout

ATB has the ability to rally MUCH MUCH higher if management were to decide to leave the status quo and get on the offensive.  Aside from selling the company (for potentially 3 x the current sp):

1)  They need to introduce 2013 EPS guidance (and then beat it).  Analyst estimates are way too low IMO.

2)  NHS needs to be classifed as discontinued ops to give investor's a clearer picture of the core business.

3)  They need to buyback a whack of stock like they did this time last year.  Who cares if they pay 40% more than last quarter.  I couldn't think of a better waste of $3 million to watch the stock rally another 40%.

4)  Serious consideration should be given to initiating a dividend by the AGM given what stage the company is at.  They have stable cash flow with plenty left over to do other things.  A dividend will attract a different class of investor and get more people to hold the stock versus trade it.

5)  The CEO stated he was waiting for improved liquidity to list in the US.  I'm not sure what the listing requirements are but he may have that backwards.  Besides, all the more reason to get on the offensive and get the stock moving.

These guys need to leave their incubator and get out from under the "Quebec discount".  There's a whole bunch of people just waiting to get their money back at $15.  Management needs to decide by the Q4 call that they are going to rally right through that level!
