-1-Make major cHanges at the Board level....Replace senile Board Members starting with the Chaiman
2-Get rid of the CEO ....always over promising and under delivering.....No vison
3-Get rid of non performing businesses
4-Think big,,,,,-CEO seems to be very happy with 5-7% growth
5-Streamline the reporting
6-Dont judge success by saying We added over 150 Skews---adding more items is a sign of weakness
7-We need more high profile high volume branded products
8-bonuses tied to share price performance ...
