Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

RE:RE:RE:RE:And how did everyone like that little update?The update was what it was..an update. So now let's see if management can meet 'These timelines". Overall very professional and impressive. But the One thing I will be a little facetious toward is I am so glad that finally.... our partnering efforts with big pharmas and others have reached the confidential stage. So what's next? A NDA? We've heard this song for years. I'm sure that will help boost confidence. It sure didn't do anything for our sp today, although I can't be too surprised by their reaction as these take time to absorb. Maybe someday soon these conversations will become less covert and at long last, result in a disclosure. So Dan, follow through on your inititives and I am sure we will all be rewarded in the end. The next year looks to be a very exciting one for Antibe.
P.S. And Dan, respectfully, hold off on any personal share sales for a couple of years.
Still holding and have instructed my heirs to keep holding..lol
