Mugsy..never questioned the science or the pipeline of potential blockbuster drugs this company has in its pipeline. I think it's an amazing investment opportunity. But it seems just when the door starts to open up for a potential share price increase  Dan's poor judgement, imo, stifles that gain. Sometimes, in the heat of the moment my responses may also reflect poor judgement. You

The selling certainly had a negative affect on the share price.There is no way to discern the exact percentage but my guess is that it was well over 50% of the cause.Dan and the Director would have been aware of this before the disposition but obviously did not care.I also agree that at the very least shareholders were/are entitled to an explanation but don't hold your breath.

In my opinion, it's clear the large block trades made the share price drop from $4.18 to $3.98 in a matter of seconds. From there it's unclear if that's a smoking gun for the price to continue dipping to $3.65 when the volume was so incredibly low. Sellers weren't rushing out, but with nothing to attract buyers since March 29 then it's easy to understand, bids dried up by then.

Personally, I feel the lack of volume is our biggest problem. That means ... there's little to no demand except for whoever was buying on the quick run-up in February. these people were saying exact same things as people now 3 years later. Hoping for news and talk about second drug trials and nasdaq. Talk about phase 2 results delay until winter 2018. Sad to read. Share price was more then and everyone hoping for 1.80 or $18 now. Never close
