I think you may be a little off about the BD - Oilexco were worried about sand flow with the oil test at Sheryl damaging the on-rig test equipment, which can be expected with the partly unconsolidated Tertiary sands they were testing (Tay group).
Here, AEN are drilling the deeper, indurated (and more consolidated) Jurassic Brent sands, so i wouldnt expect any sand flow along with the oil. IMHO, I think they are able to test here.
Otherwise with the tight rig market- they will not be testing this sucker for a while!!!
