RE: Royalty Issue

RE: Royalty Issue"Opti Canada says in today's Calgary Herald that the impact of the Royalty change on their oilsands project at $75 oil is a drop in NPV of 5 to 7%." Can you provide us with the shareprice performance (throw in the NPV numbers as well) of the major tarsands companies, especially Suncor, since the inception of the current royalty system? Also can you give examples from other industries where companies do not have to pay for the commodities that they add value to until all of their costs (plus a guaranteed return) are recovered?
