You are almost certainly correct about the share issue. Most development expenses can be bank financed once a development plan has been approved. The OP also stated 20k boe was probably a minimum so no need to correct him there. I agree with the OP that I will only believe 30kboe/d when I see it but I certainly think AEN is screaming BUY at these levels. Fairly low risk compared to the rewards right now. Sounds like the latest exploration well might have been successful and that adds some further upside.
