Art Millholland's Record

Art Millholland's RecordHad he listened to his shareholders, not been so so agressive, did different financing etc, etc, the former shareholders of Oilexco (OIL) would not have lost tons of money with him and Oilexco.  Then after going bankrupt, a new company Velo Energy, the a name change and consolidation of stock to now become Canadia Overseas Petroleum (XOP).

I would not be very quick to say anything positive about Arthur Millholland, President & CEO of now XOP.  So if anyone is pumping XOP, I would be very suspicious of the company and its leader for obvious reasons.
