RE:Should webe panickingThe way I see it, there are three possibilities:

(i)  CRA is taking a long time to assess the tax return for tax clearance certificates, based on the multinational nature of the corporate liquidation, or simply the fact that government agencies are seldom in a hurry, especially when the process ends with a disbursement; or,
(ii)  CRA has taken issue with the financial statements of the company, and is reviewing the file for extraordinary taxes and penalties; or,
(iii)  worse.
