When you are trying to grow a small exploration company you have raise capital so unfortunately shareholders get diluted. However the question is are the company going to deliver value that far exceeds that dilution. OK they drilled a dry hole but at no cost to the company. They are about to drill 2 more wells in the N Sea. I think you have to give management time to exercise their plan. Come back this time next year and judge then.
The stock is coming back nicely too.. so wahts yer problem?? Sell the bugger if you hate the management...YER F..K..G IDJIOT!!!
