How long it takes to tax clearance certificate

Anyone knows. It is now 10 months.

I did get e-mail, in response to my enquiry, from the Alberta firm handling. Said they are awaiting appropriate response from Revenue Canada. ie, they've done their job, and they, like us, can only wait. The delay in approval from revcan, and knowledge of the greedy, lying miscreant who was running this disaster, gives me some concern. Just have to wait i guess. I wonder if the under a penny

Thank you for the update. To answer your question, the cash distribution will only be directed toward the shareholders at the time of the dissolution. The shares selling on the OTC market are worthless since the company does not exist anymore.

What happen to money for management compensation? Are these guys also waiting until tax clearance certificate is issued?

management.long gone; doubt Calgary firm handling gets big money. What concerns me is the time it's taking to get tax certificate......management stiffed shareholder..did.they.stiff govt
