Roger Romus sent this news release out to everybody. If it wasn t important do you think he would  waste his time sending it. I think this is the major reason why ACT is up today. This is the surprise upside in revenue forecast that we could be looking at. Another 8 mines at 1 million = 8 millon plus, even at 500 thousand we are looking at 4 million. I think it is safe to assume that if magnum is already using this technology and patriot has nothing like it. They will most likely purchase some as well and advise it's contracted mines to adopt it as well when the deadline for the country wide implementation is about to hit.
