RE: RE: other options...

RE: RE: other options...Mitz
Thanks for discussing these options. I didn't think now was the time for any buy back but when the company is flush with cash as they will be in the near to mid term. I'm just looking for answers for reducing the number of shares.
Case in point... I follow ALDA Pharma APH and they were at .14 at the same time as us a couple weeks ago. As of today, they are back to the low .30's.They have 50 million shares outstanding and when you look at the L2 they have 100,000 shares between .20 and .30 so it can rise quickly with little buying pressure where as Act has millions in that range and creates massive resistance therefore slowing down our rise to old levels.
That is why I have been looking into this a little more than usual.
I'm not trying to bash management here and have no problem with the job they are doing and I hope it's not being misconstrued by anyone in thinking that. I've been behind the company for over 3 years and will continue to support the job they are doing as long as they deliver on promises. No hidden agenda, just discussing all possibilities for Act and us as investors.
I'd like to think all sides can be discussed without people getting defensive or thinking someone is out to denigrate Act.
Most are here for the long term which does look quite good IMO. I'm not an expert in anyway and like to learn more as I go along and I do that by asking questions to people like yourself, Dawgs and others that have been at this a lot longer than I.
Thanks and have a great day.
