wow

wowThere seems to be animosity creeping into the board as the sp falters in the short term. This is generally a good board with great posters that add info for all to share but we are in trying times again here at Act.$0I hope we can discuss differences without personal attacks as it adds nothing to the board.$0$0I think Act needs to take a new direction with it's investors and yes there are some here with a lot invested in this company. I don't believe anyone invested without doing lots of DD. We've been here for a long time and have discussed the pros and cons ad nauseum while we wait.$0$0I hope Cameron reads some of this and as the new CEO he should update the investors as to his direction for the company, when we'll see sales, and where we stand with China. i think this would go a long way in helping investors make sound decisions with their money.$0$0Obviously, there needs to be some changes in the way things have been done up to this point. Communication between the company and the investors needs to be addressed. It's hard to do DD when a company doesn't return calls to people with $5000 or $100,000 invested. That is probably the best place to get DD, from the people who are using our money to build these companies. They are in the know and it needs to be passed on to investors with good guidance and numbers. $0$0Dawgs, it's great that you are still up on this company but some of us have not been able to participate in the PP's and are not having the advantage of receiving warrants that can be purchased at low prices. Act is notorious for pricing their warrants low for long periods. If you're involved, it's great but if you're not it only adds to dilution. I know this has helped fund the company and keep it afloat during these tough economic times and was needed but we really need to see changes that take all investors into account.$0$0I'm not taking sides here, just trying to shed some light on both sides of a situation. We need to direct our energy into the problems with Act's ability to keep investors happy because if we don't, people will leave the company and the sell off will continue to to drop the sp and we'll all lose.$0$0Cameron, if you're reading this, please update the direction and sales figures. A letter to the shareholders could be a 1st good step. We still believe in the story and are holding on for new direction to take shape but we need to be part of the picture. The most important thing for Act right now is getting through to the next level and our money is a big part of that.$0$0$0$0
