RE: New MSHA Chief Praised

RE: New MSHA Chief PraisedI look at this as very positive for Act and the release of the logjam created by political games at MSHA and the mine managers and owners. They are continually looking for a way of not installing the equipment that will help keep miners safe while performing their duties and MSHA AND ERP plans have allowed them to once again use stall tactics. I think Joe could make that 1 of his 1st duties and force the companies to comply with the JUNE 15TH deadline. It only takes a word from the director to make the change and we could see some actual movement on installations.$0A new day has dawned at MSHA and the Bush days of MSHA being owned by the mines has come to an end. IMO$0$0I look forward to an increase in plan approvals and PO's being announced.$0
