Obama talks...
Obama talks...mine safety this morning on CNN. A review of 200 mines is underway and it sounds like the culture at MSHA is under review. No mention of C&T however that is a piece of the puzzle that is missing. Strickland, Main and Solis were all beside Obama and they've had meetings to discuss the problem.
A slow process I'm sure but it is a sign of things to come. Hopefully the dinosaurs like Chirdon and others that keep leaky feeder in the mix will be tossed or forced to make changes.
They want to close the loopholes that allow Massey and others to just appeal instead of act. This is a good sign for the industry.
