RE: call to peter G

RE: call to peter GFrom my last few calls with Peter he's made it obvious that we will be doing some form of financing this year. It is inevitable due to our burn rate and the fact there is not enough coming in, at this point.
I believe peter is looking at all forms to reach this goal and a pp is not out of the question. Best case would be multi mine contract or signed po's that we could take to the bank and get favourable financing instead of a pp with more dilution. that may be the end of the company for me. 3-4 hundred million shares outstanding would be the death knell for me with this company.
There's not a lot of good news concerning finances without some really big sales and installations. if we survive the next year and contracts start flowing then the recurring revenues may save us - but we'll see.
