RE: $$$ instead of safety...stillWe've faced countless problems and hurdles with Act over the years. 1st we dealt with the system and making iit work. We then dealt with MSHA and the years of approvals for the system. Then we dealt with mine operators and their lack of knowledge of our product. Next came the slow sales and now it's back to MSHA and the gov't not being able to apply the legislation due to companies fighting them at every violation. Now we are looking at financing again and possible consolidation to be able to get more financing while we sit at a new 52 week low.
This is one long story with so many hurdles to overcome. This company needs to see a good report this week and some sales to keep the backlog in place for future qtrs.
Answers are few, questions are many.
