RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: GMP SECURITIES bought todayI don't encourage anyone to buy anything, ever.
I do see you on many boards with your predictions and sp speculation encouraging people to get on board or to sell if you've left a position and want back in.
You say you don't care about Act but you can't seem to leave the stock alone.
Act is in a precarious position right now. We haven't had the sales needed to grow at this point but the company is planning for the future pp and for new contracts.
They've cut their burn rate down so much that the pp won't likely be needed until later in fiscal 2011 as opposed to sooner. They also have the 1st part of a less expensive system that will make mines MSHA compliant and will compete with the lesser systems like L-3's. No other manufacturers can offer what Act can at this time.
They can now cover a mine from start to face and that should help generate sales in the future.
Would I buy now, not likely, but I'm not writing them off yet either.
Cash flow positive is getting closer to reality and a couple new mines with recurring revenues will likely put us there. I think when that happens the sp, which is low, will begin to see a recovery because there are many greens and rivets and davpro's and more importantly, the institutional investors that are awaiting news and see the potential in Act when they deliver the goods.
