Fairmont used to be on Act's website as a partner. At one time they weren't and I asked for clarity and found out they were no longer partnered with Act in any way. That was a couple years ago, at least.
As I said, I owe you no explanation on the number of shares I own and the conversations I've had with Peter. If you want to know what they were about-go back and read them. I disclosed anything Peter ever gave me. No insider info was ever garnered as Peter was and is very conscious on that matter.
