RE: Takeover.......??

RE: Takeover.......??if it makes us some money, I'm all for it. We don't seem to have much going for us right now and I'm not sure why they are delaying the financials to the last possible moment.
At this point, anything that sees this change for the better is welcome by investors. We've funded this company for years now and there has been no payback for it. I just don't see any value for a big company so why would there be a takeover. Now if sales were happening and growth was occurring then maybe someone would consider a purchase but as they stand now, I see no value to purchasing this company. It would make more sense to the competition to just let them die and then takeover their clients.
We were sold a bill of goods that this was the de facto system and companies would be beating down our door to get it. It never happened for a number of reasons including govt not demanding companies purchase wireless after forcing the companies to create the product. It was political maneuvering  at its best and Act and others fell hook, line and sinker into the game expecting a pay out in the end for their efforts.
I'm still not sure why they are with holding the release of the year end. Is there more news to follow after the release iin the hopes of raising the sp or are the numbers not great and they're worried of another drop in price before funding is garnered to stay afloat? I think we'll beat the sales figures projected because of recurring revenues but it's not likely enough to create a stir unless there's more news to follow
Questions without answers is all we have at this point.
