I don't believe you. I think you are here for 1 reason only (you don't own shares) and that is to see the company fail so you can feel right. It's all about your ego.
They never said they needed the money before now. They've said they were fine into the new fiscal year and obvously they are managing. Improved margins and recurring revenues have allowed for that but we do need to raise money. No doubt about that. Many are awaiting the big fall but the doors remain open for now and likely will continue.
