I Believe I Said 25-1 so i Guessi was relatively close. I do not like consolidations period. Most fail but give a life line to management to suck the life out of a company before seeking new employment. We shall have to see what happens here but i surely hope management (or what's left of it) can turn this ship around. I smell a tax loss coming here but occasionally a consolidation has success so i will remain skeptical & watch as we proceed. The consolidation is a given but according to the rules we must have a vote. A no vote means no chance at all a yeas vote at least gives them a chance to go down swinging. GL everyone we will need it.
To Management i say NO OPTIONS UNTIL YOU TURN THIS ROUND. You have done little to nothing for the options you already have on the books.
