Questions?

Questions? If you call Deanna McDonald at Atna she will give you an update. Barrick had 60 days from around February 25, 2006 to make a decision on whether to back in for 70% of the property or they can remain at 30% and fund their share of the development-I am not sure but if they do not back in for 70% I think their has been an agreed upon price of $15 million for Atna to buy them out. In January the company had said they would be releasing drill results as they became available and we expected a steady flow of info. They must have 20 or 30 holes that have been completed on the Ogee zone and from surface drilling, but if they don't ask the lab for the results they don't have to release them. It seems they do not want to give Barrick any further info on which to base their decision. I believe a feasability study is in the works as there has been talk of "minig" in 2006. Hang in there its not long now-my own feeling is that Canaccord has been waiting to see which way Barrick decides to go, and there is no doubt Barrick has a lot of other major projects to evaluate and make decisions on-if they "pass" Atna will need financing and Canacccord would prefer to do the financing at $2-$2.50 and then watch out. There is no doubt that old #33 is running this market.
