Could Happen Any Day..The link below is the last official News Release out of Abattis regarding our binding agreement with Experion that, upon achieving certain milestones - would agree to be acquired 100% by Abattis - Including our advancing $5MM and $2.5MM towards the completion of the Mission facility and Experion investing significant capital towards same as well - The largest hurdle was getting the LP - Huge development on Friday for sure - the second is simply getting the shares listed - which we as shareholders should expect to hear from our Management regarding timelines - Anyway - Today we own 25% - that was an agreement that occurred a couple of years ago - But All Shareholders Should Be Expecting To Receive An Update From Our Management Team Promptly - regarding the recent developments that occurred Friday - Health Canada Updating Their Website Of Licensed Producers - showing Experion as Canada's Newest LP on of now only 13 in the province of BC - And When will we complete the full Acquisition of Experion.
