CEO split focus and lawsuit?

CEO split focus and lawsuit?Is anyone concerned that Abbatis CEO Robert Abenante signed on as CEO of Marifil Mines (Nov 10th, 2017) and is being sued by Blox Inc, a mining co he was former president of? Both easily verifiable facts. Not bashing here, as I'm quite interested in the potential of this company. Just trying to get a sense of management as part of my DD.
