I guess they are liable for a lawsuit now since all that happened is the fault of the directors of the company, I will be in as soon as it pops somewhere.

For the lawsuit I have 2 very big shells with Roberts name engraved on them so that he never has the opportunity to f..k people over again. One for his spine so that he truly will b a spineless goof and after he gets thru that one for his eye.

you need more than 2.  Every azzhole that pocketed a dollar from this fiasco needs to be weighted down a little and lead will do that.  Get another box of shells for the securities watchdogs who didn't do there job.  Just because it keeps happening doesn't make it right.  I would consider contributing to an equalizer fund as long as there's no lawyers involved.
