This example is from a cube.cn board I posted. I copied it from that board. I also got rid of my Abattis stock the same way but with different values of course "I use Questtrade in Canada and after 2 years of holding. I contacted them. They converted them to the pink sheets OTC and after getting permission from the SEC and me not being a professional trader. They liquidated them at my picked price point 0.055 as that was the value of the bid at the time. I could have chosen a higher price if i wanted but just wanted them gone. I could choose limit or market. Since i did not have a large allotment i just chose limit. Questtrade put the order in and 5 seconds later, they sold for 0.055 price I had asked for. The big issue was always whether or not the SEC and IROC would permit it." They did! And I am a much happier camper for it. Good luck!

SO THEY CANNED THEM in canada?? they still trading in the usa. they never stopped trading in the usa. so books closed for canada att stock?? if i understand correctly

Hello, how exact did you convince SEC? If you could tell your process in more details will be amazing! I am with questrade as well and I journal it to attbf already. I lost 10k on this.... any help will be much appreciated. Thank you !

Questrade did all the work. They emailed them around 7am and by noon they were given permission. Just ask for the department that does stock liquidations.

if anyone owns usa check out fintel.io. look at the short interest when i just looked now its over 60 percent 150,000 shares available as of feb 22. over 1 mill shorted last market date feb 19. lol this should be interesting i was up large and was a newb didnt take any lol. few thousand dollar course there lol. worth every penny will never do that again hahahaha 456. glta itll happen make it
