What are your thoughts as we try to get out of this low 20's?
In gathering some additional research for the sales in Canada, it is very evident that Canadian Consumers have dramatically cut back sales this year at Aritzia. In discussing their Clientele Sale invite, the overall theme is that people have cut spending back this year.
There's are direct QUOTES from the Reddit board discussing the clientele sale.
- I’m confused because I spent like $3000 in 2022 and only like $200 tops in 2023 but got an invite? I didn’t expect an invite because I basically stopped shopping at aritzia, you should def get an invite. Looking at the comments, a lot of people spent way less this year and got an invite. I am starting to think they sent invites to people like us to get us to shop there again considering they are on decline this year
- I haven’t even spent a penny there this year (I’m on a no buy) and I somehow got invited
- Hmm I got my invite Wednesday but when I went to check my bag and list on Thursday evening so much was already sold out. In 2021 I spent about $8-9K, 2022 $13-15+K, 2023 it’s dropped to about $4K mostly because my former SA left the store I shop and I was given sad excuses as backups. Also just an effort to get to the store when we have to order the majority of the items anyway. This Clientele seems to be not great with SO much low inventory!

Ive always done well but when your neighbours yoga pants company goes from $8-400 it has a strange effect on you especially when you are an "investor".

If Chip says buy! I agree! I already agreed! I know Brian too, from a distance. He wouldnt buy 161,000 shares last month unless he knew good things were coming. Yes i am tainted. Dont trust me. Im a lover of Atz!
