Of course general market conditions are contributing - these things are not mutually exclusive and I am not suggesting such. Given the difficulty associated with lending at the moment, AUA's situation is exacerbated by it's lack of federal certification. Douchebag said permitting was simple and finished 4 years ago. The CEO said federal permitting problems are hampering current financing efforts. Who should I believe?
