RE: Moly Grades Not the End All...

RE: Moly Grades Not the End All...You're very correct YGM. There is no perfect moly stock, as it's not just about ore grade. I get amused that people blindly believe Shaeffer's ARS to be the best. ARS's share price is doing very well now because of Shaeffer's promotion, not because ARS stands head and shoulders above the rest. There is a moly that has an absolutely stunning amount of moly (way more even than NNO) at a relatively average grade. But it is a long way from production. There is ARS with a great deal less moly but at a fairly rich grade. ARS is also nowhere near production. AUA is in between these two. It has less moly than the stunner, but still has a lot, and is much closer to production. And AUA has a lot more moly than ARS, while ARS has a richer grade. Again though, AUA is closer to production than ARS. Then there are two little buggers that have less moly than ARS, but both have richer grades than ARS and both will be producing this year, taking advantage of high moly prices. So yes, it's not only ore grade. Those blindly following Shaeffer rather than educating themselves about the sector in addition to following his picks, miss the many other variables like tonnage, share structure, market cap, royalties, management, infrastructure, capital requirements, date of production, the unknown of future moly prices, other metals present in the ore, and the list goes on and on and on. I really believe there is no single best moly. All the molys have advantages and disadvantages. There are a few different ways to play moly, and I choose to play those best in their own niche in the moly world, rather than just one moly over all the rest.
