Yamana shareholders indirectly own V.BM

Yamana shareholders indirectly own V.BM
Yamana shareholders indirectly hold a significant percentage of this company's shares..........and guess what?

Shareholders will vote this coming Friday........less than a week away.......to reorganize into 2 separate and distinct companies that will be publicly traded!!

The company's name and ticker are BacTech Mining --- V.BM - The stock has a 52 week low of
.05 and a 52 week high of
.14 (recently set and touched again today - closed at
.135).

If shareholders......like Yamana Gold......approve the deal - each current share will be exchanged for:

1) One (1) new share in the precious/ base metal company for every share currently held in BacTech Mining, and

2) 0.20 shares in the spin-off company that will focus on mine tailings reclamation. Old tailings dumps will have....as an example.......arsenic laden - zinc containing tailings that will result in zinc being safely removed ANY CHEMICALS INVOLVED IN ANY WAY!!

Best part is that the arsenic laden material left over will be altered in such a way that the arsenic is no longer hazardous to people, animals or the environment!!!

Here is the link that tells the whole story........
