Marrone's $50Mil insane 5year pay puts him at GREED LEVEL 1!The insanity of a mid level gold company paying an insane $50,000,000 to Marrone the past five years with the stock cratering 90% put him all alone at GREED LEVEL 1!  If Marrone does not announce he is giving back the insane $2,700,000 bonus from this past year with the stock down 77% by the quarter end conference call on July 31 I demand a full independent audit of the whole frigging joke of management compensation.  How after 13 frigging years pay has not been tied directly to share performance is sickening!
