Why are we paying millions and millions to a CEO who is INVISIBLE?

How in the frigging world has CEO Marrone received closed to $100 Million in total compensation from salaries, bonuses, and stock and options sold and still held since 2003 when he is INVISIBLE outside of the four frigging days he is required to tell us he missed earning estimates again and again but made sure he earned an average $10 Million in compensation the past five frigging years?????????????????? Why
has Marrone refused to go on Business TV and defend the company that made him a multi millionaire as the stock cratered from $20US three years ago to almost penny stock status?
