Overall I am very happy: excellent pit size, tonnage, exceeded expectations total ounces. The only dissapointment I had was with the grades, I was surprised to see such a big drop from around 2.8 g/t to 2.07 g.t. Granted the old resource was very limited in size and based on limited drilling, but still I expected more. Am I wrong? Plus the recent drill results were coming in at 3 g/t and even 4 g/t.
Overall cant complain, since the ounces are most important, but with such high tonnage a higher grade would have pushed indicated ounces well over 1 million, potentially even a 2 million ounce resource rather than the current 1.5 million ounce resource.
Can someone provide a little more insight into the grades?
