.734, but it's only at
.68. There's about 8% left on the table in spread. If the deal were to close today, you'd get an extra 8% for your AVR shares. So would I sell AVR to buy EDV? Hell no. Having said that, there are risks to holding AVR further. The ones I see are (a) deal not getting done, (b) further dilution on EDV's side whether through acquisition or raising cash, (c) risk associated with poor merging of companies. I usually do not play M&A and would be selling today, but I might make an exception here...
