Target prices are one year targets, and generally assume the company succeeds on all of its development goals.  For Advantage, they are predicting the price next June of $2.00-$2.50  assuming a positive feasibility study, some resource improvement, and financing success.  There is also a possibility of dilution, so you need to know whether any was assumed by the analysts... can get that from the report.  Hope that helps.
