RE RE :we the people I hope you are right A142, because thats always the best form of buying.That being said, you would be surprised how quickly a bunch of calls to a small cap. company can have. The IR guy will go to the CEO and show him the discontent of shareholders.The CEO might then take the action of doing some buying himself,or , call institutioins that hold stock to reasure them, or call the underwritter to reasure them....Etc.
